Train with Spring at her studio in Yorktown, VA. STF's signature service can be purchased in packages of 1, 5, or 10 sessions. Sessions can include and/or combine fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. Sessions are 50-60 minutes.

Small group training lets you benefit from Spring's expertise at a great value. Groups range from 2-6 participants. Sessions can be purchased in packages of 10 or in pre-established weekly blocks. Sessions are 50-60 minutes.
Train with Spring at her Yorktown studio in a small group of 5-10 supportive, determined clients. This training program must be discussed and scheduled in advance with Spring. Program includes 5-sessions in a 5-week block.
