Train with Spring at her Yorktown studio in a small group of 5-10 supportive, determined clients.  This training program must be discussed and scheduled in advance with Spring.  Program includes 5-sessions in a 5-week block.

Small group training is scheduled in 5 weeks blocks.  The maximum number of people allowed for small group training is 10.  Once training is purchased a 5 week commitment is expected.  Group training cannot be rescheduled.  No refunds given once training starts.  Training must begin within 4 weeks of purchase.
